Exporting Reports
ClearSight can export scan results in two formats: PDF and Excel.
PDF report
The PDF is designed for sharing with stakeholders and leadership. It includes:
- Overall accessibility score with visual gauge
- Issue count by severity
- Top priority issues with fix suggestions
- Positive findings (what’s working well)
- Executive summary generated by AI
To export: Open a scan or crawl result → click Export PDF.
Excel report
The Excel export is designed for developer teams and detailed auditing. It includes multiple sheets:

| Summary | Score, issue counts, scan metadata |
| Issues | Full issue list with selector, HTML, description, fix, severity, WCAG criterion |
| Pages | Per-page scores and issue counts (crawl exports only) |
To export: Open a scan or crawl result → click Export Excel.
Sharing a report
Reports are downloaded to your device. To share:
- Email the PDF to stakeholders
- Add the Excel file to your project management tool
- Store in a shared drive for audit documentation
