Sharing scan results

Every scan and crawl has a unique URL in the ClearSight dashboard. Share the URL directly with teammates who have access to the same ClearSight instance.

For developers

• Share the Excel export — it includes element selectors and the exact HTML to fix
• Use the Visual Inspector’s HTML view to copy the exact selector
• Link directly to an individual issue in the dashboard

For designers

• Share the PDF report for a high-level overview
• Screenshot the Visual Inspector’s Page view to show the issue in context
• Note the WCAG criterion for each issue (listed in the issue detail panel) — this gives designers the specific standard to reference

For leadership and stakeholders

• Share the PDF report — it has an executive summary and score visualization
• Run crawls on a regular schedule and compare scores over time to show progress
